Subgrow vs Bazzly
How they work, what a month costs on each, the risk to your accounts, and who should pick which. Every fact about Bazzly links to the page we read it on.
The short answer
Bazzly places comments, posts and upvotes in other people's subreddits from its own warmed-up accounts, fast and hands-off, paid in credits. Subgrow posts one full answer a day in a subreddit your brand owns, from an account that says it's your brand.
Pick Bazzly for volume and DMs this week, if you accept the risk of borrowed accounts and bought upvotes. Pick Subgrow for threads your brand can put its name to, at a flat $99.

What Bazzly does
Bazzly scans Reddit around the clock for posts where people look for a product like yours, writes a reply, and posts it. You pick how: from Bazzly's warmed-up accounts on full autopilot, or from your own account through its Chrome extension. It can also create a post in a subreddit from a warmed-up account, push a comment up with upvotes so it ranks first in the thread, and help you DM people who posted with buying intent.
Its pitch is speed without effort: set it up once, and the comments keep going out.
The real difference: borrowed accounts in their threads vs your account in your subreddit
Bazzly works in other people's communities, from accounts that aren't yours. A warmed-up account is one that has been used for a while so Reddit and moderators trust it more; the comment it posts says your product is good, but the account isn't you and doesn't say who's paying. Upvotes then lift that comment above the others.
Subgrow does the opposite on every count. The account is your brand's, it says who it is, and it posts in a subreddit your brand moderates. There are no upvotes for sale. Each post is a full answer to one search your buyers make on Google, written after reading the Reddit thread Google already shows for that search, so it can replace it.
Pricing, and what a month buys
Bazzly has one plan: $199 a month for 170 credits, for one product. A comment from a warmed-up account costs 10 credits, a post 50, an upvote 0.2. Bazzly's own example of a normal pace, two comments a day with five upvotes each, uses about 22 credits a day, so the month's credits last about a week. Extra credits are $1 each, and auto top-up can buy more when you run low, up to a monthly limit you set. Commenting and DMing from your own account through the extension costs nothing.
The trial is 7 days with 5 credits, enough for a few comments. A card goes in at the start and is charged when the trial ends.
Subgrow is $99 a month, flat, for a post every day. There are no credits and nothing to top up.

Accounts, upvotes and the risk of a ban
Bazzly says its warmed-up accounts carry "zero ban risk", and it's true that your own account isn't exposed when Bazzly's accounts post. The risk moves to your brand instead. Reddit's rules forbid vote manipulation by any means, including voting services and multiple accounts, and a comment that recommends a product from an account that doesn't say who it works for is the kind of thing moderators remove as spam.
Reddit is getting better at spotting it. In March 2026 it began asking accounts that look automated to verify a human is behind them, and said it removes about 100,000 accounts a day. In July it said it catches about 25,000 spammy posts and comments a day, using its own AI to find coordinated fake activity.
The DMs go out from your own account through the extension, and Reddit's spam rules count large amounts of unsolicited private messages as spam, so keep them few and wanted.
Bazzly deserves credit for refunding comments removed within 48 hours. But a refund covers the credits, not your brand's name on a removed comment.
Subgrow doesn't buy upvotes or post from accounts that hide who they are. Your subreddit's posts can still be caught by Reddit's spam filter, which is why each one goes out from an account that says it's your brand.
Where Bazzly is better
- Volume in other people's threads. If you want your product mentioned in a dozen busy threads this week, Bazzly will place the comments for you. Subgrow posts once a day, in your subreddit only.
- DMs. Bazzly finds people asking for what you sell and helps you message them. Subgrow doesn't send DMs.
- A refund when a comment is removed. Credits come back automatically if a comment comes down within 48 hours. That's a clearer promise than most tools make.
- Proven revenue. Its income is verified through Stripe, and it publishes an API and an MCP server.

How Subgrow works
You give us your website. We find your three closest competitors and the searches your buyers make on Google, and suggest a subreddit name. We open the subreddit with your brand's own Reddit account as its moderator; you never give us a password.
Then we post one answer a day, each written for one of those searches: a how-to, a comparison, a top-10 list or a question for the group. Every post is ready a week early, so you can read it, change it, or skip it. If you do nothing, it goes out on its day. Your blog comes too: your 25 newest articles go in first, then each new one.
Google can show a new post within hours. AI answers take a few weeks. Google Analytics shows the visits that come from the posts; we set up the tracking as we post.

What Subgrow isn't
So you can compare like with like: Subgrow is Reddit only. It doesn't send DMs, doesn't track your rank inside AI answers engine by engine, and posts once a day, not dozens of times. A new subreddit starts with few members; the posts are found through Google and Reddit search first, and the community grows from there. Reddit's spam filter can remove a post even in your own subreddit, and Reddit asks accounts whose posts mostly link to their own business to be careful how often they post (Reddit Help). That's why each post is a full answer that stands on its own, with a link to your site only where it helps.
Subgrow also lists threads elsewhere on Reddit where your buyers are talking, with a suggested reply. You can post it yourself, or hand it to a creator who uses your product and posts from their own account, marked as a paid partnership. We don't buy accounts or upvotes.
Results from our customers
Measured results from subreddits we run, named with each company's permission. The links go to the real subreddits and posts.
- AppFollow19 Gemini answers
Three weeks after we started posting in r/AppFollow, Gemini answers picked the subreddit as their #1 source 19 times. The post it leaned on most was a comparison of ASO keyword tools, written for a search AppFollow's buyers make.
- RecraftAbout 10× the views
Recraft's articles got about ten times more views as posts in r/howto_recraft than on Recraft's own blog. The blog is imported, so the subreddit started full rather than empty.
- Cube23 AI quotes
Two posts in r/cubedev were quoted 23 times in AI search answers from August to October 2026, as measured by Peec AI: 19 times for the dbt integration post and 4 for the semantic layer one.

Questions people ask
- Is Bazzly legit?
- It's a real business with Stripe-verified revenue of about $34,500 a month on TrustMRR, and a named founder, Filip Panoski. Whether its method suits you is a separate question: it posts from warmed-up accounts and sells upvotes, which Reddit's rules forbid.
- Can Bazzly get my Reddit account banned?
- Not when it posts from its own warmed-up accounts, since your account isn't involved. When you post or DM through its extension, the account is yours. In both cases the comments name your product, so a removal or ban is attached to your brand.
- How long do 170 Bazzly credits last?
- At Bazzly's own example pace, two warmed-account comments a day with five upvotes each, about 22 credits a day, so roughly a week. Comments from your own account are free.
- Is buying Reddit upvotes against the rules?
- Yes. Reddit's rules forbid vote manipulation, manual or automated, including voting services and using several accounts. See Reddit Help.
- Is Subgrow cheaper than Bazzly?
- Subgrow is $99 a month for a post every day. Bazzly is $199 a month for 170 credits, plus top-ups if you use them up. They buy different things: Bazzly buys placed comments in other subreddits; Subgrow buys threads in your own.
- Why own a subreddit instead of commenting in big ones?
- A comment sits under someone else's question, in a community whose moderators decide whether it stays. A post in your own subreddit is the whole thread, question and answer, and it can become the Reddit result Google shows for that search.
- Does AI search really quote Reddit?
- Google does: Reddit is a leading source for Google's AI Overviews (Profound), and Gemini picked r/AppFollow as its #1 source 19 times three weeks after we started. ChatGPT is a different story: its Search cited Reddit far less after August 2026 (Promptwatch data).
- What does Subgrow cost?
- $99 a month after a 7-day free trial, everything included. You see your first post before you give a card, and we email you three days before the first charge.
